Paid plans are an annual subscription. South African users pay in rand through PayFast. Everyone else pays by card through Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout, which is US dollars where Coinfig does not yet bill in your currency, for example in Malaysia. Your reports stay in your own currency. Upgrade mid-year and you only pay the pro-rata difference. Renewals bill at your current tier. If you are already on a paid plan, you keep the price and the limits you bought.

Running a practice?
The Coinfig accountant workspace manages multiple clients under one login, with per-client data isolation, an audit trail and draft journals to Xero. The workspace comes at no cost to the practice. Linking to a client needs that client portfolio on Advanced, paid by the client or by your practice on their behalf.

What does Starter add?
Starter works with any import method, so you can build your report from exchange connections, wallet addresses and CSV files. It covers up to 1,000 transactions across up to 5 data sources, and adds raw transaction data exports. The tax report for every tax year is included.
What does Advanced add?
Advanced removes the data limits entirely and unlocks the rest of the product. You get unlimited transactions and sources, every report type including the Audit Report and the Complete Tax Bundle, the accountant link, Xero export, the ability to ring-fence sources into separate pools, and priority support with your calls answered.
Is it a subscription?
Yes, an annual subscription. In South Africa, Starter is R190/year and Advanced is R2,500/year. Outside South Africa, you see the price at checkout, before you pay. Where Coinfig does not yet bill in your currency, for example in Malaysia, the price is in US dollars and your reports stay in your own currency. Upgrade mid-year and you only pay the pro-rata difference. Renewals bill at your current tier.
I already pay for Coinfig. Does my price or my plan change?
No. If you are already on a paid plan, you keep the price and the data limits you bought for as long as that subscription stays active, and the tax years you have already paid for stay yours. The new limits apply to new purchases and to upgrades. See the
terms for the detail.
How do I pay?
South African users pay in rand through PayFast, with card and EFT options. Outside South Africa, you pay by card through Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout. That is US dollars where Coinfig does not yet bill in your currency, for example in Malaysia.
